Went there an hr before closing and had a delicious Bun Cha Ha Noi. The pork slices were tender, no burn. The patties were soft, not over cooked. Portion was good. I ordered the same dish at Hai Duong, however I will come back to Huong Viet. My party ordered Bun Mam and they said it was also good.

I got the vegetarian crispy noodles mi xao don chay and it was very tasty, exactly what I was wanting. The noodles were perfectly crispy, the sauce was flavorful, but not too salty, and there were plenty of veggies and tofu cooked well.
Very good! Got the pho with beef and spring rolls appetizer. The cut of beef could have been more tenderr, but the broth tasted great. Fast and courteous service. I need to go back and try the rest of the menu items. Will post photos next time, This place is cash only, be prepared.
I dont eat much Vietnamese food, but went here with some friends. Owner was very friendly and was giving suggestions, and the portions are HUGE. Great flavor, and definitely will come back.
